I put my 37 years of experience to the test as a real estate investing consultant by helping people do a better job of acquiring rental property, selecting the right financing, and growing their investments. My investors range from first-time buyers to million-dollar property owners. Some are college graduates; others were high school dropouts. They include business owners, teachers, electricians, office workers and more. Their common trait? They all have the will to be objective, adhere to a solid Plan, and do everything on Purpose. We start by creating a Purposeful Plan. Then everything we do with properties is according to the Plan. It’s not magic. It’s time tested property investment principles. In the end, all our clients accomplish the same goal. They retire with enough income to live their dream. Or, in my words, they live the life they Purposefully Planned. Given the same amount of capital, our investors beat the average investor’s growth by 2 or 3 times to 1.
My firm was established back in 1977 with one purpose in mind: to take clients from where they are when we meet, to a magnificently abundant retirement. To that end, my policy has always been to be not only hands on, but proactive when it comes to clients’ Purposeful Plans. Over the years we’ve made room for experts in subjects that directly and indirectly enhance in some way the results clients seek.
Clients appreciate most is the ability to combine multiple strategies synergistically in ways that vastly improve their results. This can be in the form of increased retirement income, the ability to retire earlier than anticipated, or both. Our Old School ways stipulate that the preservation of capital comes before return on capital. The idea of including discounted notes with real estate, often strategically, has been more than well received, especially when the investor can sometimes retire with more income than they ever made on the job. Purposeful Planning is not just a catch phrase. It’s proven to be a very powerful approach to investing in real estate for retirement. Have a Plan, execute it on Purpose, and remain flexible at all times. Superb retirements are created over time, and on purpose.
