Can Your Broker Provide Exclusive Pre-Construction Access? Nation Wide?

Growth oriented investors often daydream of having special access with little or no competition to real estate not yet built. Why? Because it tends to rise in value as it’s being built. And if you can get in on the first couple phases you’re in even better position.

My firm is now about to be in this position — all over the country. This is just a teaser, as I can’t divulge details.

I will say this — the folks with whom I’m dealing have shown good faith by allowing my clients to acquire some properties at incredible terms. The area is definitely growing, and will continue on that path. The development itself is very well planned and designed. I’m excited for my clients, and if their reactions are a reliable indicator, they’re pretty jazzed too.

This access will be exclusive, and for limited times, differing for each project. Many of them will include special buyer treatment not offered to the general public. Our frequent-flyer miles are about to go off the chart. :)

More on this in the near future.

Will this be a way to make a little batch of dough?….travel money…how long a hold?

It depends on the individual project.

The main thing is you get a brand spanking new property, with little or no maintenance worries, in a growth area.

Assuming we’re not in for another super upward price spike any time soon, 2-5 years is probably reasonable.
