If you have good credit and a down payment, and don't want to borrow more than $417k, you can get a loan at a historically-cheap interest rate! I have spent at least half of my real estate career in a rate environment of 10-12% and everyone somehow lived through it! Yeah, Jeff ~ Phil’s in the house too :)
