		<description>Without realizing it most people tend to evaluate and seek cash flow even though there is absolutely no reason for them to do so.  It&#039;s funny.  Maybe it&#039;s just the way most people are trained.  Work, get money, spend.  

It takes a mind-shift to go for growth and to be patient.  It&#039;s not sexy.  It does work.</description>
