		<description>I can&#039;t say enough about BG&#039;s suggestion to buy newer property. We have both. The new properties we own have virtually NO maintenance.
The 1960&#039;s apartments....6 years of nearly 50% expenses and allot of heartache.
Buy new!!!
The exception would be an older property that has been totally renovated to the ground, but where would one find something like that?
It IS possible to find superior management out of state with a little help from the BG tough interviewing and screening process.</description>
