Today was a special day. We had one of the best events we’ve ever had. When we do these events, our main goal is to dispense as much detailed information as we possibly can between me and my four experts. We’ve spent quite a bit of time on the new group investments we have at BawldGuy Inc. which are going to specialize in two kinds of notes; discounted first position performing notes, and non-performing notes and land contracts around the country. One of the things that really sunk in for them was the tremendous access to non-performing notes. My team has people on the ground pretty much everywhere we buy these things. We’re buying them at very low prices and the returns on them are phenomenal. I gave a couple examples from my own portfolio and they were really impressed. I’m impressed with what we’re going to be able to do with these groups and they were too. The response during the breaks and that lunch was really gratifying. “My name is Gene Griffith; I’m from Honolulu, Hawaii. I specifically like the way that the question and answer was set up. Jeff would talk about something and then if you had a question about something, he had his experts to reinforce, or go in to further in depth as to what my question was. I would absolutely recommend going to a BawldGuy conference.” “My name is Bill Tomish; I’m from San Diego, California. My name is Leanne Tomish; I’m from San Diego, California. I was hoping to learn some more in depth and some general information about notes. I was hoping to learn a lot about note investing and also about the EIUL insurance policy. I liked how in depth they went in to with the case studies and explained how it works in real life applications. I specifically liked how friendly everybody was and how at ease and comfortable, easily understandable they made the information that was presented. I would definitely recommend, um, my friends to participate in this. Definitely, I’ve already got a list of my friends that I’m going to recommend this to.” “Hi, I’m Scott; I’m from the Phoenix area. What I liked about the seminar was it was a great setting and it was relaxed. There was a lot of give and take. It wasn’t just a lot of listening but I could ask a question and get it answered right then. I would recommend this to people who are looking for ways to generate income from their assets.” “My name is Kevin Kilpatrick and I’m from Salt Lake City, Utah. I talked to Jeff about the fun before but I hadn’t, this was my first exposure to the group. Specifically just like that he has an untraditional approach to retirement planning. I definitely would recommend the seminars to people.” I remember one of the conversations I had during one of the morning breaks when one of the people talked to me about an exception he thought was to a rule. I had said one of the things, though, that I preach is that exceptions prove the rule and the rule for when investing for retirement is you’ve got to keep your eye on the ball and the ball is retirement income after tax and tax free retirement income. What we understood today, finally at the end as all the different things we talked about begin to coalesce for the people, was that if they do things right, long enough time, with enough capital and they do things on purpose with a plan, you should be able to retire with more income, per year, than you ever made on the job. As you watch the testimonials, you’ll see right away how grateful they all were that I brought my team of experts with me. Between the EIUL expert, David Schafer, my tax guy, Lenny Elias, David VanHorn my note guy, and John Park, my specialist and expert on self directed retirement plans, there was literally no question that went unanswered to their satisfaction and when you do that, that’s a win. We also try to go to luxury places that give all kinds of good service, great food, and attention to detail. I’ve heard the feedback all day today and people have been very happy with where we were, here in Lake Las Vegas. The Hilton just rocks. I’m looking forward to seeing you at the next BawldGuy event. I’m getting out of here though, it’s dinner time.
