Jay Thompson writes what he thinks about all the new things he’s learning while studying to obtain his broker’s license in Phoenix. I read pretty much everything Jay writes, as he’s one of the A-List guys in my opinion. This is just another example of Jay’s work.
Thesa Chambers gives us Sunriver A Peek Into Design Review Exterior Painting which can only be believed by suspending rational thought. I’ve seen it in San Diego, and I bet you’ve seen it where you live too. Folks put in charge of others’ lives sometimes become petty despots. But again, you decide. Also, pay attention to the virtual tour. I’m not a ‘house agent’, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen one quite like this one. Do you notice anything new/different? Thanks for the special mention… remember though as you read about Sunriver this is a resort – not just a community. If rules are not in your criteria for the perfect Central Oregon home… most of Central Oregon is much more lax.
