I’m also reminded of the old saying “Nobody got old by surprise.” My wife and I decided years ago that rental real estate would be our “avenue of choice” toward a secure retirement. Even in the midst of today’s market, those decisions made years ago still look good. Thanks for a great summary on how to be a great “decider”.

So very true, BG. Last week I heard a quote: “Nothing happens until a decision is made” Anyone know who said that…someone famous.
I think on terms of “choices”. When JD and I got married we had in our wedding ceremony that over the years we would have to “rechoose” our relationship together each day, even during hard times, even during time that we still loved each other but didn’t like each other very much that day. In our instant gratification culture “rechoosing” our decison each day is very important.
But as Goethe says, “Begin”.
